Bhagyesh Dash, is the APAC Director for Climate Projects and Senior Commercial Director for the MENA region at South Pole. He has over 30 years’ experience in the fields of business development & financing in the climate impact, renewables, forestry, and mining and energy sectors. 

Bhagyesh has recently focused on fund raising, deal execution & partnerships for climate change and impact projects across the globe and is responsible for leading South Pole's business development efforts in the MENA region.  

During his career, Bhagyesh has succeeded in developing a strong network that encompasses public and private sector investors across the globe and is experienced in advising on raising capital, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and public listings  especially in the Australian, Canadian and London markets for the mining sector in particular.  

Bhagyesh has previously been a regular guest on Bloomberg and CNBC Television to comment on mergers & acquisitions activity and general investment themes in the mining and resources sector.
