Fadi is a chemical engineer by education and profession. He holds PhD in design and technology from Bradford University, UK and EMBA from IMD, Switzerland.

He leads the development of Titanium value chain in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as he is the Managing Director of Advanced Metal Industries Cluster Company Ltd (AMIC), which represents the metallurgy strategic business unit in TASNEE.

Fadi is the chairman and CEO of AMIC-Toho JV and the CEO of ASIC (Advanced Smelting Industries Cluster Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of AMIC) for Ilmenite smelting.
