Based in Riyadh, Frederic is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Energy and Natural Resources practice. His career focus has been on industrial development and mineral resources. Frederic works with public sector entities on sector development and investment attraction, and with private sector companies on their corporate strategy, operating model, and inorganic growth agenda.
More particularly, he worked extensively on the topic of value addition and downstream processing along the minerals value chains, by supporting the design of enabling policies and working with private sector players on evaluating and executing investment opportunities. Moreover, he supported numerous metals and process industries players in their journey towards decarbonization. He also works with government entities on improving sectoral competitiveness and attractiveness.
Frederic has numerous publications on these focus topics. He holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and a BA in economics.
