Igor has more than 27 years of combined industry senior management and consulting experience. Before embarking on a consulting career at Kearney in 2011, Igor held CEO and CFO positions at leading European industrial, metals & mining and technology companies.
As an advisor to public sector leaderships as well as top management of companies, he has led several large scale sectoral and strategic business transformation programs for leading governments and companies in oil & gas, metals & mining, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing mainly Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as in APAC regions. Among others, Igor has had an honor to support development and activation of the KSA National Industrial Strategy.
Igor graduated from the Economic University of Prague, and completed his postgraduate studies and trainings at Sheffield Hallam University, Henley Management College and London Business School in the United Kingdom.
Igor also serves as Kearney’s global ombudsperson.
