With over two decades of experience in equity and private markets, she has provided strategic advice to public and private enterprises across diverse industries, including natural resources. Her expertise includes leading transactions such as IPOs, capital raisings, divestments, and acquisitions, with her work extending globally across Asia, Australia, North America, and the Middle East. 

More recently, Bernadette has concentrated on advancing mineral exploration initiatives, including actively advising and promoting tender rounds for exploration licenses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She remains committed to fostering growth and driving investment in the resource sector.
