Konstantin Lyakhov is a Partner at the global management consultancy Kearney, with over 20 years of experience in strategy and operations across the metals, mining, and energy sectors.

He co-leads Kearney’s Metals & Mining practice in the Middle East and Africa, steering large-scale transformation programs for both public and private clients.

Drawing on deep industry expertise, Konstantin specializes in shaping strategic roadmaps, advancing technological innovation, and delivering decarbonization and ESG initiatives. His work has spanned multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and CIS, positioning him as a trusted advisor on complex industrial challenges.

In addition, he frequently collaborates with government entities on national-level strategy development and investment attraction, leveraging deep industry expertise to drive sustainable growth.

Konstantin earned a master’s degree cum laude in Economics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
