The youngest ever elected Ceará State Congressman and the first member of the Board of Directors for the National Mining Agency (ANM) - the main Brazilian government regulatory agency for the mining sector - was also Deputy General Director of the agency. In his years of experience, he has occupied many other positions, such as Advisor for the Board of Director of the Trade, Services and Tourism Union, Member of the Government Administrative Tax Court and as a Director at the Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration of Ceará.
